1. Service Description

The Service enables users to instantly generate and customize logos online. Previewing and editing logos is free of charge. A binding purchase contract arises only when the user pays to download the final logo files.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the Service and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via EveryPay (LHV), supporting Estonian bank links, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By completing a payment, the user confirms the accuracy of the submitted information and agrees to these Terms.

3. Delivery of Files

Upon successful payment, the purchased logo files (e.g. PNG, SVG) become instantly available for download. No physical delivery is provided. Users are responsible for saving and backing up the downloaded files.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The purchased logos are considered digital content delivered immediately after payment. In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act §53(4), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. By purchasing, the user expressly agrees to this condition.

5. Complaints and Support

If the delivered files are defective, incomplete, or inaccessible, the user must notify RZ OÜ by email at info@logofly.ee within a reasonable time after discovery. Valid complaints will be resolved by repairing, replacing, or refunding the purchase.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” RZ OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, except where liability cannot be excluded under Estonian law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the created logo is suitable and lawful for their intended use.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the user may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. Jurisdiction lies with Estonian courts.
