1. Service Provider

The service logofly.ee is operated by RZ OÜ (registry code 12599660), Vana-Tartu maantee 79a, Rae vald, Estonia. Contact: info@logofly.ee.

2. Users and Data Collection

The service does not create user accounts and does not collect or store personal data. Visitors do not need to register or provide personal information to use the service. Only data necessary for payment is transmitted to the payment provider EveryPay.

3. Payment and Ordering

To download a logo, the user must complete the payment. Payments are securely processed via EveryPay (LHV), supporting bank links, cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The purchase contract is concluded only after successful payment.

4. Digital Product

Final logo files are digital (PNG, SVG) and available for immediate download after payment. As digital content, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Law of Obligations Act §53(4)).

5. Cookies and Analytics

The service uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics about website visits, pages, devices, and traffic sources. Data is not linked to individuals. Cookies can be restricted in the browser settings and are used to ensure proper website functionality.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is." RZ OÜ is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Users are responsible for ensuring the logo is suitable and legal for their intended use.
